I’m Silindile Shozi-Malanga, founder of Shozi Motors.

I moved to China at eighteen to study civil engineering at Jilin Jianzhu University on a provincial scholarship. I spent four years living, studying and learning the language in a country changing faster than anywhere I had seen before.

That experience gave me more than a degree. It gave me a practical understanding of how China works, how business is done, and how to find value beyond what is visible from the outside.

After China, I completed a Master’s degree in France and worked as an engineer across South Africa, France and Sweden.

Engineering taught me to work with detail: verify the specification, document the process and never make promises that cannot be supported by evidence.

That same standard guides Shozi Motors. When you are buying a vehicle across borders, details are not small: model, specification, price, documents and destination all matter.
