Shozi Group, trading as Shozi Motors, is responsible for the personal data you give us on this website.

When you ask for a quotation, send an enquiry or contact us: your name, company, email address, phone number, whether we may contact you on WhatsApp, your country, the vehicles you are interested in and your message. We use them to prepare your quotation, process your order, and keep you informed at each stage of delivery.

When you order: the details needed for the sale and the shipment, such as payment records, vehicle identification and shipping documents. We keep these for our accounting and legal obligations.

When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address, to send you our monthly update.

We use a few small cookies that are needed for the site to work: your language, your chosen destination port, and whether you have closed the port window. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. To protect our forms from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser when you send a form.

Only the services and partners needed to run the site and deliver your order, and only what they need: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection), Zoho (our email), WhatsApp (if you choose to talk to us there), and our export agent and freight forwarder for your shipment.

Some of these services process data outside your country. We never sell your data.

Quotation and order records are kept for as long as the law requires for commercial and tax records. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Send us a message through the contact form and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
